Endurance Running offers variety of programs for different running levels. If you are looking to improve your running and take it to the next level, you can find the support and resources you need right here. Additionally, I personally meet and consult with every single client to understand each one’s unique goals to formulate your personal training program. I am not some one size fits all program, but one that is unique to you.
These programs include weekly schedules to follow and communication via e-mail or phone. Customize training programs are ideal for people looking to train for a particular race such as 5K, 10K, ½ and/or full marathon.
In this program weekly plans are tailored to each client with varying mileage and specific paces for each run.
Custom Training Programs: via email
- 8 weeks = $150 (ideal for 5-10K)
- 12 weeks = $225 (ideal for 1/2 marathon)
- 18 weeks = $350 (ideal for full marathon)
One on One Training Sessions: in person
These sessions are one on one where I meet with the client and we work on specifics. In addition, with the one on one training a weekly schedule will be included with these sessions.
