How do I get started?
I offer a free consultation to every person who is interested via phone or in person. Here we discuss personal running history, goals and plans.
Do I have to already be a runner to train with you?
Absolutely not, I train novice, intermediate and advance runners.
Do you train all ages?
Yes!
Should I see a doctor before I start your program?
Yes! I always suggest seeing a physician before starting any exercise program…especially long distance running.
Do you offer nutritional advice?
Yes, I do discuss hydration, carbohydrate intake and protein recovery with my clients. Also, fast fuel tips and products.
How quickly do you respond to text or emails?
I usually respond to text and e-mails within the hour.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check or Venmo/chase pay
Do you do group training?
Yes I do, but the training is very individualized based off each persons goals. In other words, I may have different paces for each person.
Do you do online training?
Yes, all training programs are e-mailed weekly.
