Have you ever seen a runner hunched over when running…that is someone who lacks core strength.
Your core is what holds up your body….so having a strong core is super important for runners and need to be incorporated in your training.
What exactly is your core? In simple terms it includes all abdominals, entire back and hips.
Having a strong core helps you control your running through good posture. It will keep you running more efficient.
Having good stability in your core will help your legs stay controlled and fatigue less.
Therefore running faster and best of all injury free.
I suggest core training 2x a week resting 2 days between workouts. 💪🏼
