How many of you log your miles and times? People who follow a program and stick to it are more likely to see improvements over time than ones who wing it.
Logging your mileage and times keep you motivated and keep you challenged. If you write it down and see it then it is something to use as your next challenge. You will then know what works and what needs to be changed.
When I work with clients I make sure they log miles and times this way they see how they are improving as the weeks go on. It also keeps them accountable and excited to see how they are achieving their goals week by week.
Set a realistic goal and make a plan…once you make a plan of action then start LOGGING EVERYTHING!! 🙌🏼
